    I am searching for information about my great-grandfather Wilbur Fiske CLOUGH and his father Mace Richard CLOUGH.

    Mace was born in New Hampshire prior to 1817, he married Caroline True HARMON in Portland, Maine June 2, 1835.

    Wilbur was born in Georgia in 1836. The family later returned to Maine where Mace was a Methodist minister until he took his family to Lawernce, Kansas in 1855.

    I am looking for info on my granfather and his parents. His name is Joseph Gilbert born in Westbrook Main in or about 1888-1889. He married my grandmother Catherine Reynolds Gilbert in 1912. His parents were Adelard and Malvina Letarte Gilbert from Canada. My grandparents had 2 boys, Joseph Francis (Born 1914) and Thomas Henry (Born 1915) My grandfather left my grandmother when my father was about 8. They never heard from him again. In or around 1960-1965, my father received a phone call from the Massachusetts State Police and they said his father was found dead. So he was buried in a paupers grave. I do not know where.
    I hope someone can give me some info about this. Thank you for any help you can give me.
